This is one of those places I have wanted to visit all my life. I think i first saw it in a geography book in grade school.

No, this is probably not the one that wiped out the dinosaurs, but it surely wiped out whatever was within 15 miles or so of the impact site.

The photos do not convey the size of this hole. It's huge.
